We spoke to three people with strong fitness background to find out how you can start your first business and how you’re likely to get paid if you start in the right place.

We’ve been able to find three business people with good qualifications, who both want to do it for themselves and have had no problems getting started.

There are lots of things you need to consider if you want more than a small business, so you’ll need to start somewhere that’s established.
Make sure you know what you’re looking for in a buyer.
Who’s running it? “
What’s the reputation of the company?
Who’s running it?
What’s their current level of expertise?
Is there a strong social media presence?
Can you communicate effectively with potential customers?
Do you have a good track record?”
Know what you want in the customer.
It’s crucial to know what the person you’re selling to wants.
We spoke to a couple of people who said the key to getting a good sale is to know the buyer’s key requirements.
“What does they want to buy?”
“Can they afford it?”
And “Do they trust you?”
“You’re selling a brand that’s proven and can attract a loyal customer.
How do you know if it’s going to work?”
You should also make sure you have the right sort of relationships with potential buyers to make sure that the deal works out.

There’s no magic bullet here.
However, the good news is that “People are not going anywhere,” said John McPherson, owner of the John and Sally McPhersons Fitness and Wellness Center in County Wicklow.
“If they can afford it, they’ll come to your gym and have a session.”

“I don’t think people realise how important exercise is for everyone,” Mark McPhee, the owner of The John & Sally McPainters fit gym in Wicklow told us in a video.
“I know people who just walk around with a walker and they feel like they can’t breathe, they can only sit.
And I know people that do this for a few months, they get sick and then they go back to their regular lifestyle.”
