So it’s no surprise that the head of fitness and dieting at Google, Chris Anderson, says you should wear hats, too.

But while we love hats, we’re not always sure what kind to wear them with.

In fact, it’s possible to go a whole day without wearing a hat and still be a fitness badass.

We’ve talked about this before, but it bears repeating: hats don’t just magically become more flattering as you get older, they can also make a difference to your health, fitness, and overall fitness.

Here are 10 reasons to wear a hat no matter what kind of workout you’re doing.1.

They help keep you coolWhen we think of wearing a headpiece, we usually think of a sports-inspired piece that keeps your head cool.
