The new fitness app by Vasa Fitness is getting a workout in its own personalized way, by letting users tailor the workouts to their body types.
The company has also partnered with the popular fitness platform, Fitocracy, for a fitness tracker for your phone, and it is launching a workout service, Vasa, on the platform, along with its Fitocracy Fitbits.
The app features a variety of workouts and modes, such as walking, swimming, cycling, jogging, cycling with a bike, or treadmill.
It also has a fitness hub where users can upload their workouts to share on social media.
The new app also integrates with the likes of Strava, which is an app that tracks your running, cycling and walking.
Vasa is looking to launch its app in the coming weeks, with the goal of making it one of the most popular fitness apps on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.
The update also adds a new fitness mode called Vasa Workout, which lets users upload workouts to Vasa’s own dedicated workout section on its website, and then upload the workouts and a workout profile to a fitness app like Stravas.
The Vasa fitness app will be available on iOS and Android.
The feature that will be most appealing to people who are in the fitness industry is that the app will integrate with Stravals built-in tracking app, the Runkeeper.
Stravalls built-ins, which can include metrics such as heart rate, pace, and distance, are all based on the Vasa Fitbit.
It’s one of many companies that has been working to make the Fitbit compatible with its fitness apps, including Stravo.
The Fitbit itself has also been integrated into the Vastly app, which will allow users to create a workout and share it on Stravos website.
